Our story

Knights Innovation Support Centre has been 

providing solutions to businesses for decades. We were previously based in KZN, but relocated to operate and invest in the Western Cape region, bringing high-end skills and capabilities to our local communities in the Western Cape in 2013 and re-registered our business in 2015 because of the complete change in focus.

 

We invest heavily in the community where we are based (Mitchell's Plain). We choose our customers carefully to ensure that we can truly add value.

 

We are the appointed service provider to the Drakenstein Municipality, Hermans & Roman Property Management, and many other large national clients, keeping their websites up, writing webparts for their SharePoint Solutions, Analysing the data in our Business Intelligence Platforms and managing the content on their website.

 

We use, teach and implement all of Microsoft's technologies as a Microsoft Partner and we pride ourselves on being able to help our clients gain market share in their target markets through the effective and efficient use of technology.

We will help each of our customers to reach and hold 1 of the top 3 positions of their industries within 3 years of partnering with us through the effective use of technology and international best practices.

 

We will enhance and augment the technical ability of our clients to compete effectively in their markets through the effective implementation of world-class Business Intelligence Platforms, the use of the best of breed Document Management Solutions, effective Digital Marketing Platforms, effective Content Management Systems and a comprehensive range of Software and Hardware solutions that becomes a platform for our clients to operate from. 

 

We will lower the cost of High-End Scarce skills through Learnership Programs that attract a young, smart, diverse workforce that is equipped with all of the scarce skills that can reposition our clients in the marketplace.

 

We will develop the Business Knowledge and  IT Skills of our clients to ensure that

• They never feel threated by Cyber Attacks
• They are Confident of their ability to manage and analyse their own data to identify areas of productivity and profitability gains
• They have effective communication channels with their markets
